WHAT IS THE PROCESSING TIME FOR MY ORDER?
Orders placed on www.accentandco.com are processed within 2-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE FOR MY ORDER?

Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. 
CANADA: Standard shipping can take 3-10 business days to be delivered
USA: Standard shipping can take 4-12 business days to be delivered

 

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS OF MY ORDER?
Yes! You can modify the shipping address before your order has been shipped. Please reach out to us at info@accentandco.com as soon as possible with the following subject line:

Address Correction: [Order Number] with the correct shipping address.

Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER BEFORE IT HAS SHIPPED?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Please reach out to us at info@accentandco.com as soon as possible with the following subject line:

Order Cancellation: [Order Number] with reason for the order cancellation.

We will assist you with the cancellation accordingly. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot accept the cancellation. If you wish to return your product, you must wait until the product is received, and then follow the Return Instructions to be eligible for your refund.

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PRODUCTS ARE DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING?
If your product arrives damaged, please reach out to us at info@accentandco.com as soon as possible with the following subject line:

Damaged Product: [Order Number] with pictures of the damaged product.

We will assist you in resolving the issue by sending a replacement or offering a refund.

 

WHAT STEPS SHOULD I TAKE IF I RECEIVED AN INCORRECT PRODUCT?
If you receive the wrong product, please reach out to us as info@accentandco.com as soon as possible with the following subject line: 

Incorrect Order: [Order Number] with a description and/or photos of the product you received.

We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you as soon as possible.

 

MY TRACKING NUMBER INDICATES DELIVERY, BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, please wait 24-48 hours as sometimes packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. If the package still hasn't arrived, please contact the courier so that they can provide you with further information on where your order was scanned upon delivery. Please be aware that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is secure for receiving packages.

 

DOES ACCENT & CO. OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Accent & Co. currently only ships to all of North America. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on the destination. 

 

EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY
Online Purchases: We accept returns within 7 days of purchase, provided the item(s) are in their original condition and packaging. 

How to Process a Return: 
1. Ensure your request is submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving the product, as indicated by the tracking number.

2. Email info@accentandco.com with the subject line:

Refund Request: [Order Number] and include the list of product(s) you wish to return and the reason why.

We will respond within 48 hours of your initial request. If your return is approved, we will will provide the return address for you to ship the product back. A tracking number must be provided to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item. *Shipping costs paid during check-out are non-refundable.*

Once the order has been received, please allow 2-4 business days for our team to process your return. Our team will conduct a quality check to ensure the products are in its original condition and packaging.

Alternatively, local customers can visit us in store at The Well - 486 Front Street West, Toronto ON for a return, exchange or store credit.

In-Store Purchases: We offer exchanges or store credit within 15 days of in-store purchases, provided the item(s) are in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please visit us at our store located on the main level of The Well - 486 Front Street West, Toronto ON.
